Missions

  • Prospection de clients dans les secteurs digitaux : Voyage, Mode, Retail, Ecommerce…

Profil

  • Diplômé(e) d’une école de commerce (BAC +5)
  • Commercial(e) dans l’âme, vous êtes méthodique, organisé(e) et savez gérer les priorités
  • Sens de la communication et aisance en présentation
  • Capacité d’analyse & de préconisation
  • Maitrise d’Excel indispensable
  • Anglais courant recommandé (la maîtrise d’une autre langue serait un plus)
  • Esprit d’équipe, dynamique, rigoureux(se), motivé(e), curieux(se)
  • Vous êtes persévérant(e), autonome, très dynamique et réactif(ve)
  • Vous avez une curiosité pour le monde du web et les enjeux digitaux

MISSIONS

Within the Marketing Business Unit, you will be in charge of missions related to marketing strategy as well as websites and online presence. Those missions are articulated around two main targets:

  • Boost our B2B leads’ conversion rates and increase our clients’ loyalty
  • Take part in the management of our network composed of 3000 contributors and 50 collaborators

 

You are in charge of

Launching the new website!

  • Organizing and monitoring the release of the new website in three languages,
  • Working on two more languages for the website,
  • Analyzing and delivering reports on performances,
  • Developing new pages and new projects to optimize the website

 

Improving client satisfaction :

  • Monitoring client’s loyalty through different tools (survey, turnover, meetings…)
  • Identifying and engaging with our clients,
  • Setting up dashboards.

 

Improving company’s culture and workplace wellness

  • Developing interactive tools to engage your colleagues,
  • Facilitating communication between the different countries (France, UK, Spain, India)

WHO DO YOU LOOK LIKE?

  • Degree in Communication / Digital Marketing.
  • Fluent in English or French. Spanish and German are a plus.
  • Used to working on CMS such as WordPress.
  • Excellent process analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Perfectly at ease with both words and numbers.
  • Good presentation and communication skills in intercultural situations.
  • Strong awareness of digital matters and innovations.

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented UK Content Quality Manager to proofread and ensure the quality of our UK web content, as well as manage and source new freelancers in various languages to grow our online database of writers, translators, and proofreaders. You will work within our production team, which is made up of web content Project Managers from France, England and Spain – a true European flair!

What will you do exactly?

  • You will be in charge of proofreading and running quality checks on a variety of our web content projects in English. You will work in conjunction with our Project Managers to ensure an impeccable quality of both spelling and syntax as well as style and content of the articles delivered.
  • You will provide Project Managers with constructive feedback on the quality of the work produced by UK freelancers.
  • You will work on different types of projects, but will focus more specifically on our biggest and most demanding clients. Your main areas of intervention will be travel, fashion (including luxury), food and beauty.
  • You will be responsible for marking tests completed by UK freelance writers, translators, and proofreaders applying to work on specific projects and building the best team for the job.
  • You will manage the sourcing of writer, translator, and proofreader teams during a project’s set-up stage across all languages. You will oversee the evaluation of tests by our internal and external teams of assessors.
  • You will organise and run monthly editorial meetings with Project Managers to review and evaluate the performance of individual freelancers.

Profile:

  • You have around 3 years of experience within Editorial
  • You have a degree in Journalism, Communications, Literature or related fields
  • You’re an English native speaker with perfect command of the English language
  • You have solid knowledge of writing rules, rewriting and proofreading adapted to web content
  • You have an eagle-eye for detail and can spot the smallest mistakes and grammar slips
  • You are a team collaborator and you keep your cool during stressful situations
  • You will interact with your manager on a daily basis but also with the sourcing/marketing team, Project Managers, and freelancers.
  • You are a good project coordinator and enjoy getting involved in management tasks

 

Contract: Permanent

Location: London (Shoreditch)

Salary: DOE + 50% of your monthly Oyster Card
