Job

Under the supervision of the Joint-Head of Content, you’ll work in a team of bilingual project managers from France, England and Spain. You will manage SEO writing and translation projects for web leaders, as well as smaller players in the sectors of travel, fashion, e-commerce, sport, and economy to name but a few.

Tasks:

● Planning and managing various SEO based writing and translation projects. These range from producing travel guides, product category pages and hotel descriptions, to translating entire websites.
● Creating editorial guidelines for freelance writers and project roadmaps to ensure that deadlines are met.
● Managing teams of multi-disciplined freelance writers, translators and proofreaders via our project management platform for your client portfolios.
● Providing feedback to freelance teams and quality checking content before client delivery.
● Assessing freelance writer tests and building teams for specific projects.
● Maintaining strong client relations and reporting to management.

Profile:

● Experience working in the digital content industry.
● A degree in Journalism, Communication, Literature or related fields.
● Some project management experience.
● Fluent French speaker.
● Basic understanding of SEO.
● Good knowledge of Word, Excel, GoogleDrive, CMS, translation software.
● Autonomous, thorough, organised and creative.
● You are a team collaborator and you keep your cool during stressful situations. When workload hits a peak, you must be able to deal with it.

Job

Under the supervision of the Joint-Head of Content, you’ll work in a team of bilingual project managers from France, UK and Spain. You will manage editorial and product description writing and translation projects for web leaders, as well as smaller players in the sectors of travel, fashion, e-commerce, sport and economy to name but a few.

 

Tasks:

  • Planning and managing the creation and translation of product descriptions in various languages including the transfer of Excel and csv files and visuals in an ftp. This will require a knowledge of fashion and product vocabulary as well as a certain technical capability. If you can whip up a spreadsheet whilst keeping on top of the latest summer trends, you are our kind of person!
  • Planning and managing various writing and translation projects. These range from producing travel guides, product category pages and hotel descriptions, to translating entire websites.
  • Creating editorial guidelines for freelance writers and project roadmaps to ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Managing teams of multi-disciplined freelance writers, translators and proofreaders via our project management platform for your client portfolios.

What will you be doing?

Under the supervision of the CRM and Sourcing Manager, you will integrate the Marketing Team. As a CRM intern, your main role is to improve business relationships with our network freelancers and enhance their satisfaction and responsiveness through management and analysis of interactions and data throughout their lifecycle.

You will be asked to spot and address the right profiles in order to help our web project managers to set up the best team of contributors within the shortest period of time. You will work closely with the production team which is made up of web content project managers.

Aim of the internship: implementation of a CRM strategy based on performance (marketing and communication actions, editorial and graphic charter/guidelines, content marketing, follow-up tools and reporting)

Who are you?

  • Good with numbers. Able to interpret key metrics and make appropriate recruitment recommendations when necessary.

How will you do it?

  • Launch sourcing campaigns on the platform aimed at our community of freelancers to get the most relevant profiles onboard for each project.
  • Take action inside and outside the platform using digital tools and marketing campaigns to gather interest and increase participation.
  • Keep the team aware of the status of the staffing in all projects, ensuring deadlines are met and liaising with appropriate personnel should problems arise.
  • Maintenance of the database, making sure the info on our contributors is accurate.
  • Develop CRM strategies that will increase community engagement and interactions.
  • Most importantly: you’ll become a key member of a vibrant and young team, enjoy your work and have good fun!

The team is looking for a dynamic individual with a strong blend of communication, analytical & hands-on development skills. This individual must have at least 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced geographically distributed environment. The ideal candidate will also have experience with front end development of ecommerce web sites preferably.

Responsibilities:

– Deliver clean, attractive, and permanent website solutions that match or exceed user expectations
– Optimize applications for scalable and responsive experiences
– Deliver reusable code and libraries for future use
– Ensures web pages are functional across different browser types; conducts tests to verify user functionality. Verifies compliance with accessibility standards. Assists in resolving moderately complex production support problems.
– May provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.

Required:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field preferred
– Three or more years of web, internet, or programmer/analyst related experience
– Proficient of PHP, Laravel, Angular JS, WordPress, JavaScript, NodeJs, Apache, ReactJs, React Native,MySQL, NoSQL(mongodb), Elastic search, Jquery, HTML5, Bootstrap, gulp, svn.

Other Qualifications

– Good analytical and problem solving skills for design, creation, and testing of web applications
